| Karma is a built-in function within Forums that allows a person to award and be awarded points for good forum postings. you can also smite people for bad posting. for example if someone posted a really good thread you could give them good karma. but if someone said "your gay" you could give them bad karma. |

| Wouldn't that be really easily abused? Like if you didn't like someone you could just keep giving them heaps of bad karma..? |

lol you can only smite them like once every hour... i think. sooo... unless someone had no life at all id doubt it would happen |

Good and Bad idea. We have haters and we've already had to do some policing, but we do wanna reward the fans and supporters of the site who post good threads.

| Karma is just a form of ego massaging. It never adds to a forum. It is just a little badge displayed next to your name of who is in the 'click'. Keep the forum neutral and you will have less fanboi wars. People take karma way too seriously and it starts a lot of e-drama. |
